network problem

I used to love this game, even used real money to purchase items. Since your last update I barely can log in. It keeps trying to loading. In the previous month, whenever I reported a problem, the customer service would copy paste basic steps to fix it: please update your iOS, restart your iPhone, check your internet network. I even kept all those steps in my note and copy paste it back to report the problem. Still, he / she copy paste those steps again. At least, please hire reliable staffs.
